Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join their team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Location: Dresser, WI

Pay Range: $18 - $21

Shift: Monday - Thursday or Friday - Sunday

What's the Job?

  • Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designer
  • Perform quality inspection/checks per quality documentation/control plan
  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition following safety procedures
  • Identify different types of materials including Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, and galvanized products
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for safety and quality standards

What's Needed?

  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, blueprints, memos, and instructions
  • Knowledge of basic business math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Experience with machine operation preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow established procedures
