We are seeking an experienced, relationship-focused Private Wealth Service Advisor who takes pride in delivering best-in-class planning. You will partner closely with a Private Wealth Advisor to design, refine, and implement holistic financial plans, while playing a key role in elevating the client experience. What you can expect...

You will be a core contributor in delivering a world-class planning experience by:

Comprehensive Planning & Analysis
  • Building and updating holistic financial plans for both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborating with Private Wealth Advisors while bringing your own professional insight to tailor recommendations.
  • Translating client goals, timelines, and data into an integrated plan covering:
    • Investments & portfolio construction
    • Retirement planning & income distribution
    • Estate planning concepts
    • Insurance analysis (Life, Disability, Long-Term Care)
    • Cash flow & liability management
    • Tax-aware strategies
    • Education funding
    • Major purchases & long-term savings strategies
    • Business planning
Client-Ready Deliverables & Support
  • Creating and updating investment proposals and insurance illustrations.
  • Preparing advisors with planning insights and investment updates prior to client meetings.
  • Ensuring all planning data and client information is accurately captured in our CRM.
Client Engagement & Growth
  • Once acclimated to our planning philosophy, contributing directly to client education and plan delivery.
  • Partnering across the firm to enhance our service model and drive client satisfaction

We're looking for a professional who brings both technical excellence and genuine care:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation strongly preferred
  • Experience working with high-net-worth or mass-affluent clients
  • Thoughtful, collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to doing work that improves clients' lives
  • Able to be in our Manhattan Beach office 3x per week to support client meetings and teamwork
