Shults Ford West Mifflin-The #1 Ford dealer in Pennsylvania-is growing and looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our award-winning team. What You'll Do:
  • Welcome customers with a friendly, professional approach.
  • Schedule appointments and manage shop workflow efficiently.
  • Document vehicle concerns and explain repair recommendations clearly.
  • Serve as the link between technicians and customers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review completed work and invoices with customers at pick-up.
  • Follow up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed service sales and customer satisfaction goals.
What We're Looking For:
  • Service Advisor or automotive customer-service experience preferred, not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic automotive knowledge; Ford experience a plus.
  • Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar systems.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
