Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join one of our large food and restaurant clients out of the Ann Arbor area. This position is hybrid onsite 4 days per week and is a 3 month contract to direct hire. This individual will be responsible for working with store data administration teams on pulse systems. The Business Analyst is proficient in both the business and technical aspects of the Pulse 4.0 platform and is responsible for creating and maintaining complex data that define the underlying operational data for Pulse 4.0.

Compensation:

$50/hr to $55/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT related business analyst roles

  • Ability to work in a Unix/Linux environment

  • Proficient experience with SQL

  • Working knowledge of RESTful API concepts and OpenAPI

  • Ability to read Python or Bash scripts

  • Ability to work with JSON files and understand them

  • Previous technical leadership - Bachelors degree

  • Knowledge of C#

  • Bash scripting experience
