Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your ability to build relationships and effectively communicate the value of our products will be key to your success in this position.

Duties

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and networking.

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Manage territory sales by developing strategies to increase market penetration.

Upsell additional products and services based on customer needs and preferences.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive interest in our offerings.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales is preferred.

Strong background in sales management with a focus on business development.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.

Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping clients find the right solutions.

Familiarity with product demonstrations and the ability to convey technical information clearly.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
