Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction projects within the DC Metro region, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Successful Applicant
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least one project as lead PM from start to finish valued at $20M or more.
  • Strong background in ground-up construction and renovations, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proficient in Procore, Primavera P6, and Excel.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
