Responsibilities

  • Ensure high standards of quality assurance and safety throughout all installations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction during the installation process.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively under the guidance of the Master Electrician.
  • Foster a collaborative team atmosphere while adhering to company values.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License.
  • Hold a valid Texas Driver's License.
  • Understand and execute electrical standards as directed by the Master Electrician.
  • Interpret blueprints and electrical schematics with ease.
  • Have experience in solar PV electrical system installations.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across Texas for project completion.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented in all tasks.
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication skills and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Work effectively in a supportive, team-oriented setting.
  • Show professionalism and accountability with a focus on customer needs.
  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.

Preferred:

  • OSHA General Industry certifications.
  • NABCEP certifications.
