Role Description:

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Fundraising Coordinator & Campaign Designer (Campaign Focus) on a volunteer basis. This remote role is ideal for someone passionate about crafting compelling campaigns and driving fundraising success, with a specific focus on the Dallas, TX area for local engagement opportunities. As the Fundraising Coordinator & Campaign Designer, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, developing, and executing impactful fundraising campaigns that resonate with our audience and inspire action. Your efforts will directly empower our ability to generate vital resources, expand our reach, and deepen our impact in the communities we serve.

Position Overview:

As the Fundraising Coordinator & Campaign Designer (Campaign Focus) for SelfSoulLiberate, you will lead the charge in designing and implementing innovative fundraising campaigns. This role is crucial for developing engaging narratives, coordinating campaign logistics, and driving donor participation, directly supporting our mission to achieve health equity and reduce mental health stigma in under-resourced communities. Your creativity and strategic thinking will directly empower our fundraising initiatives, enabling us to expand our reach and maximize our impact, particularly within the Dallas, TX region.

Key Job Duties:

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising campaign strategies, including setting goals, identifying target audiences, and defining messaging.
• Design and create compelling campaign materials across various channels (e.g., email, social media, web content, print).
• Coordinate the execution of fundraising campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and effective outreach.
• Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all campaign assets.
• Plan and support virtual or local in-person fundraising events and activities related to campaigns in Dallas, TX.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Research fundraising trends and innovative campaign strategies to enhance future efforts.
• Work closely with the Board of Directors and executive team to align campaign goals with overall organizational strategy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, or campaign management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically about fundraising challenges and solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting persuasive and emotionally resonant content.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms is highly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a remote team environment.
