Join Zurich's Underwriting Trainee Program, where you’ll be equipped with the skills necessary to assess risks for large and multinational corporations. This comprehensive training program will teach you how to negotiate terms and set prices for various risks while enhancing your professional value.

Basic Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation by Spring/Summer 2026
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively, even under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior corporate internship experience; underwriting exposure is a plus
- Interest in automation and improving processes
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
At Zurich, our compensation structure reflects various factors, including role specifics, location, and individual experience. We are committed to a fair compensation range and encourage candidates with higher salary expectations to apply, as all applicants will be considered based on their qualifications.
The indicated salary for this role is $78,100, with eligibility for a 5% short-term incentive bonus.
Work location: Nationwide
Remote Work: Hybrid Arrangement
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
