What You’ll Do:
- Partner with clients and candidates to guide them through the hiring process.
- Build lasting relationships with hiring managers, industry leaders, and job seekers.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience every step of the way.
- World-class training program - no recruiting experience needed.
- Supportive culture focused on mentorship, collaboration, and growth.
- Unlimited earning potential - commissions range from $40k to $500k+ annually (no caps).

Base salary starts at $35,568 annually ($1,482 twice monthly), PLUS uncapped commission opportunities.
