Miracle on Maryland is a Christmas-themed pop-up bar bringing over-the-top holiday décor, festive cocktails, and nonstop cheer to downtown Indianapolis. We're looking for an experienced and energetic Bartender to help lead our beverage program and keep the spirits bright during the most magical (and busiest) time of the year.

Job Description

  • Mix and serve creative, holiday-inspired cocktails with precision and personality
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Support daily bar operations including setup, breakdown, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a fun, efficient, and festive environment
  • Uphold cleanliness, safety, and service standards throughout each shift
Qualifications
  • ATC Employee Server Permit
  • Proven bartending experience in a lively, high-traffic bar or restaurant
  • Strong mixology skills and a passion for crafting memorable drinks
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak holiday dates
  • A love for all things festive
