About the Role:

As a Barista at Seahaus Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve high-quality beverages while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will engage with customers, taking their orders and providing recommendations, ensuring that each interaction is friendly and professional. Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a food and beverage environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Barista training or certification.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication during busy periods.
