As a Busser at Bar Louie, your focus is on ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and welcoming space. You bring genuine hospitality and care to every shift, working hard to maintain sanitized tables and a spotless Gastrobar environment. Your style is fun yet professional, and you adapt to your guests' energy-quick and efficient when they're on the go, unobtrusive when they need privacy, and engaging when they're looking for connection. What You'll Bring (Requirements):
- No prior experience required - on-the-job training provided
- Must meet minimum age requirement (18) per local laws. High School Diploma or GED required. An associate's or a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Preferred (Not Required): Previous hospitality or customer service experience, and must be willing to have food handlers & Alcohol certification within 14 days of hire
- Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
