Role Overview
As a Senior Automotive Repair Technician, you will work closely with the Store and Service Managers, taking on a pivotal role in delivering top-quality maintenance and repair services. Your expertise will enable you to inspect, diagnose, and resolve vehicle issues efficiently, ensuring our customers' satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your advanced automotive repair knowledge to provide superior service.
- Perform skilled mechanical work while diagnosing and analyzing vehicle problems.
- Inspect, replace, and repair defective parts while conducting preventative maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies through continuous learning.
- Uphold the company’s values, vision, and mission in all interactions.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications:
We're seeking candidates who possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional automotive service or mechanic experience.
- ASE Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Own a complete set of Technician Tools.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to drive vehicles.
- Capacity to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to building lasting relationships.
- Availability to work on Saturdays.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
- Occasionally exert 50 - 100 lbs of force and frequently exert 10 - 25 lbs of force.
- Work at a production rate requiring constant movement of materials.
