Estimator/Project Manager

The Estimator/Project Manager will collect and analyze information to estimate costs of asphalt and concrete repair for projects and bids.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Estimates the cost of new asphalt and concrete and any repairs to asphalt and concrete roadways and driveways.
- Analyzes the depth and product requirements of customer plans or requests.
- Gathers contact and contract data for billing and contract purposes.
- Provides detailed reports that will include breakdowns of project costs.
- Meets with customers upon receiving leads within a timely manner (no more than 24 hours).
- Required to communicate with customers in a professional manor.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of cost accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficient with estimating software.
- Proficient in Google Suite or similar software.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- At least three years of related experience required.
- A minimum of three years previous asphalt and or concrete estimating required.
- All Estimators/Project Managers must maintain a clean driving record and be fully insured.
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods: Constantly
- Moving about to accomplish tasks at a worksite or moving from one worksite to another: Constantly
- Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, such as stooping, kneeling, or crouching: Rarely

- Seeing to perform job duties at close range, such as monitors or screens: Constantly
