Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is primarily focused on supporting our can labeling operations by transporting materials, loading/unloading pallets, and maintaining efficient warehouse flow. The ideal candidate has prior forklift experience and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize pallets of canned goods

  • Supply labeling stations with unlabeled cans and remove completed product

  • Load and unload deliveries as needed

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in work area

  • Perform routine equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues

  • Work closely with warehouse and production staff to meet daily goals

  • Follow company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • 1+ year of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Good communication skills and a team-player attitude

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
