Sr Financial Analyst Job Purpose: This position will support the Sr Director, Division Controller of North America IMS Operations.Responsible for all financial aspects of the plant's day-to-day operations, monthly close, financial forecasting, planning, budgeting, financial controls, reporting, and analytics.The role will provide analysis and all support required by the division, makingduties andresponsibilitiesdynamic while havingexposure to senior leaders and delivering on tight timelines. Nature of Duties: Responsible for all financial aspects of the plant's day-to-day operations. Provide advice and counsel to segment, division, and plant leadership regarding operational management to ensure the optimum plant, division, and segment performance. Collect, consolidate, and interpret financial data to provide insights and influence decisions to accelerate execution towards company objectives. Review and analyze financial information to drive plant profitability. Prepares and submits the month-end close, management reports, and analytics on time. Develops and implements systems to control manufacturing operation costs and monitor product lines and customer profitability. Prepares financial projections and plant status reports for divisional and corporate management as required and coordinates discussions on financial matters with plant and division management. Consolidate and analyze financial data. Will create and maintain reporting. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience : BA Degree in Accounting or Finance. 8 years' experience required. Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) required. Requires some weekends to meet quarterly, interim, and annual reporting and audit deadlines. Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment. Good communication skills with great attention to detail. Excellent analytical, organizational, time management, and communication skills with the ability to clearly present and explain complex information. Problem solver dedicated to providing solutions.
