Procurement Sourcing Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and industrial sector , is seeking a Procurement Sourcing Associate to join their team. As a Procurement Sourcing Associate, you will be part of the procurement department supporting the USAC team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and project management expertise, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Procurement Sourcing Associate

Location: Maplewood, MN (Hybrid - 4-Days Onsite Per Week)

Pay Range: $20/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 12-Months W2 Contract (No C2C)

Job Function:

• Support stakeholder and category teams across the USAC region in professional services procurement.

• Prepare Requests for Proposal (RFP), conduct price analysis to facilitate negotiations.

• Extract and manage data from systems like SharePoint, and utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.

• Maintain documentation and records related to sourcing and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Assist with transactional procurement activities and support contract renewals, updates, and extensions.

Required Qualifications:

• Procurement experience of 2-3 years in indirect procurement.

• Good communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in project management and computer skills, especially MS Office.

• Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
