We are currently seeking an incredible General Manager for our new West Hartford location This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a dynamic floor presence, excellent leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine interest in others
What we're looking for:
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- At least three years of experience in a General Manager role for a high-volume restaurant
- Sufficiently technically savvy to become proficient with key systems and IT infrastructure (OpenTable, Toast, Restaurant 365, Dolce)
- Food Handler's Certification from the Department of Health
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead
- Understand and support managing financial implications of operational decisions
- Strong leadership abilities (clear vision, active listening, assertive communication, empathetic and responsive)
- A good sense of humor
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Work with great people who love hospitality
