Supply Chain Manager

Our client is a well-known food manufacturer with plants in NY and NJ. Due to growth, seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join the executive team. This role involves strategic planning, coordination, and continuous improvement in supply chain operations. Primary duties include:

  • Oversee the end-to-end movement of materials across three facilities, ensuring alignment with production plans and timely customer deliveries.

  • Oversee production schedules to meet on-time shipping targets.

  • Improve and manage MRP, MPS, ERP systems, and demand planning processes.

  • Partner with logistics to enhance vendor pricing, services, and onboarding.

  • Manage supplier relationships, sourcing, cost negotiations, and vendor performance metrics.

  • Support product launches and engineering changes to ensure smooth material flow.

  • Provide reports to executive team and stake holders

Position reports to Director of Supply Chain.

Ideal candidates for Supply Chain Manager will possess the following:

  • Bachelors degree

  • APICS certification a plus

  • 5+ years of supply chain management in a manufacturing setting

  • Strong Excel skills and ERP/MRP/MPS experience.

Salary up to $150,000/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA, etc.

Pay Details: $135,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
