Overview

Florida Woman Care is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB-Gyn for a summer 2027 start in our affiliated practice in beautiful Orlando, Florida.

Located just south of downtown Orlando, this well-established and collegial practice offers a physician-focused culture and low call burden. All hospital-based care is performed exclusively at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, one of the most advanced women's hospitals in the country.

Position Highlights
  • Call Schedule: Only 4-5 days per month, mostly from home
  • No hospital ED call - triage and acute care handled by hospital staff
  • Average 15-20 deliveries/month
  • 4.5-day workweek, with every 3rd Friday off and half days every Friday
  • Patient volume: 15-20 patients/day
  • Team of 2 physicians, with a 3rd joining in 2026
  • Winnie Palmer Hospital: 24/7 in-house specialists, residents, and anesthesia just steps from the office
  • Single office location - no commuting between sites

Compensation & Benefits

Candidate Requirements
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
  • Unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA license (or ability to obtain)
