Responsibilities

  • Operates a variety of equipment such as lathe, milling machine, CNC's and other equipment.
  • Lays out work from prints, sketches, and written specifications.
  • Programs CNC machine tools in the course of making parts.
  • Assists in determining the best method for making parts.
  • Performs calculations and uses precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other instruments to ensure tolerance requirements are met.


Skills CNC (4 years of experience is preferred) GibbsCAM Program Lathe (3 years of experience is preferred) Mill (1 year of experience is preferred) Fanuc controls GAAP Blueprint Reading (4 years of experience is preferred)
