- 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Proficient in MS Office, POS systems, and inventory tools
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and developing team members
