Global Tax Director

Century Group's global consumer product client, located in Oxnard Area, is searching for a Tax Director to join the team. You will be responsible for the global scale of tax planning, tax compliance and accounting for income taxes. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $160,000 to $250,000 per year.
Job Description:
- Monitor developments in tax laws globally and advise senior management on potential impacts and tax strategies to address changes in taxation.
- Coordinate transfer pricing efforts across all reporting entities and ensure compliance with OECD transfer pricing standards.
- Oversight of audits of federal and state income tax as well as state and local non-income tax filings including coordination with third party vendors.
- Oversight of federal, international, and state income tax returns including all related analysis and support including coordination with third party vendors.
Requirements:
- Must have demonstrated hands-on approach and success in working in a team-based environment.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 10+ years of related experience
- 5 years in public accounting
- International tax experience required
