You Will Make a Difference By:

  • Delivering exceptional nursing services, ensuring the highest standard of quality and compassionate care.
  • Supervising daily activities carried out by assigned nursing assistants.
  • Operation in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations as mandated by the Director of Nursing.
  • Confirming that all nursing personnel adhere to the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

What You Need to Make a Difference:

  • Active LPN license in your state of residence.
  • Current/Active CPR Certification.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, ensuring the maintenance of confidentiality.
