Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support the administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 environments at scale. You will monitor product updates, analyze their impact, recommend configuration standards, and assist with implementation to ensure a secure, compliant, and efficient digital workplace.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor updates and new features across the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Analyze the impact of updates on the enterprise environment and recommend changes.
  • Recommend and implement configuration settings in alignment with standards, policies, and licensing requirements.
  • Create technical documentation, guidelines, and job aids for technical teams and end users.
  • Participate in collaborative working sessions with technical teams and vendor resources.
  • Support daily operations of collaboration and productivity tools, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and workflow automation.
  • Assist with the adoption and support of new Microsoft 365 tools as they become available.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience administering and configuring Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 in a secure, enterprise-level cloud environment.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate the impact of product updates on enterprise operations.
  • Skilled in creating technical documentation and training materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience managing content within SharePoint and Teams.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft productivity tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with workflow automation and process optimization using Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn and support new Microsoft 365 applications as they are introduced.
