About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst to help shape the future of sourcing across our organization. In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to Category Managers, Finance, and key business stakeholders-driving sourcing events, negotiating impactful contracts, and delivering insights that influence supplier strategy and enterprise value.
You'll operate with a high degree of independence, leading sourcing projects of medium to high complexity while managing a portfolio of renewals and tactical sourcing events with speed, precision, and sound judgment.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic sourcing projects and deliver measurable business impact.
- Negotiate contracts and provide data-driven recommendations that shape supplier strategies.
- Collaborate with Category Managers to translate category strategies into actionable sourcing plans.
- Mentor and support capability development within the Sourcing Hub.
- Drive process improvements and champion operational excellence.
