This is a flexible role that allows you to earn extra income while building relationships and mentoring new agents. Competitive Compensation & Recurring Income • $150 per agent recruited after onboarding. • $250 bonus when they close their first deal. • $250 bonus on their 1-year anniversary. • Commission override on your recruited agents’ deals for 6-12 months (mentorship incentive). • Fast-Track Bonus: Earn an extra $100-$200 if your recruit closes a deal within 90 days. • Team Growth Incentive: Recruit 3+ agents in a year, and you’ll receive an additional bonus Leadership & Growth Opportunities • Work closely with brokerage leadership. • Get access to exclusive coaching & mentorship training to enhance your skills. • Set yourself up for team-building & leadership roles in the future.
