COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS - Family Medicine (FM)

  • No state income tax
  • Competitive Salary: $300K to $350K
  • Relocation Assistance: $30K
  • Sign-on Bonus: 10% of base salary
  • Retention Bonus: 10% of salary after one year
  • Continuing Medical Education: 5 days plus allowance
  • Student Loan Repayment options available through NHSC and ISH
  • Annual Base Increase: Up to 7%
  • PTO: Over 400 hours with payout for unused days, plus 13 Federal Holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS - Family Medicine (FM)

  • Work Schedule: 4 days from 8 AM to 5 PM and 1 day from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Participate in Saturday clinic sessions four times a year
  • Patient Volume: 12-14 patients per day
  • Utilize an Integrated Care model
  • Enjoy strong support staff, including a dedicated Medical Assistant
  • EHR System: Cerner

  • Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
