ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Insurance Sales Representative with John Lee - GEICO Local Office, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.

Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.

Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.

Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Experience in sales or customer service preferred.

Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual Spanish preferred.

This position is a base salary + commission pay structure.
