Job Description

  • Facilitate paper-based data entry into our clinical database along with associated tasks.
  • Assist the Data Entry Team Leader in daily operational process flow, some issue resolution, and setting up studies for data entry in our in-house developed clinical data base management system.
  • Communicate via email and phone with disparate personalities in U.S. and Europe
  • Comply with all assigned SOPs and training requirements
  • Enter study data from paper data capture forms or on-line PDF renditions of these forms into a (clinical) data management system
  • Using in-house utility, reconcile double data entry and correct discrepancies to create a single, accurate data file for upload into database.
  • Create data discrepancy worksheets based on problems found during the processing of data entry requests
  • Log-out and/or update completed data processing requests in the appropriate work tracking/forecasting systems
  • Process data correction requests submitted by study team personnel

Qualifications:
Qualifications

  • Proven flexibility and adaptability while working with multiple projects
  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

** Basic Minimum Qualifications** :

  • Associate's degree in science, administration, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (one year of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)
  • Microsoft Office (1 year experience working with the suite)
  • ·Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
