Dental Care of Nolo is opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art dental practice in March 2026, and we're looking for three passionate dental hygienists to join our founding team This is your chance to help shape the culture and deliver exceptional care from day one.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional preventive dental care and patient education
- Perform thorough cleanings, periodontal therapy, and screenings
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Promote oral health and build lasting patient relationships
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee Dental Hygienist License by February 2026
- Strong commitment to patient care and education
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a new, growing practice
- Passion for creating a positive patient experience

- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
