CDL - A OWNER-OPERATORS

If you are seeking a fresh start, consider joining our rapidly growing terminal, backed by strong leadership, reliable freight, and a driver-first culture. We have secured new lanes and are seeking CDL-A drivers ready to take the road.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- $2,500 - $3,000 weekly average
- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

- Drop & Hook and Live Unload options available
HOME DAILY
- Monday - Friday schedule, running five days a week.
- Early morning starts can vary/12-hour shifts.
- Optional weekend work available; Saturday tasks may arise based on load pre-pulls if Friday's tasks are unfinished.
- Consistent routes support reliable work-life balance.
- Multiple loads can be completed each day; typical starts involve the yard, CSX, or IMC. Live load appointments take precedence; drop lanes generally occur in the afternoon as filler freight.
- Routes typically remain within a 150-mile radius, enabling multiple shorter runs per day for higher earnings.
- Safe storage available at our yard, featuring an electric fence, gate, and cameras for overnight truck security.
DEDICATED FREIGHT AVAILABLE NOW
Numerous lanes out of Nashville, TN connecting to:
- Nashville to Clarksville (multiple trips per day)
- Nashville to Cookeville, La Vergne & Murfreesboro
- Bowling Green, KY (75% of loads staged on yard; remainder pre-pulled, about 20 each week; TCW- Live Unload Sweepout included in pay)
- Russellville, KY (75% of loads staged on yard; remainder pre-pulled, about 20 each week; TCW- Live Unload Sweepout included in pay)
- Clarksville, TN (Drivers can generally make 2-3 trips per day with a $45 increase)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Minimum of 15 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last three years, or 24 months within the last four years
