  • Will have a room checklist and make repairs as needed
  • Will change bulbs, air filters, switch plates, and toilet handles
  • Will unclog drains when needed
  • Will assess room to see what repairs need to be made
  • Will perform preventative maintenance based on a schedule
Requirements
  • Basic mechanical ability
  • Plumbing and electrical experience a plus
  • Good eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Previous hotel/apartment maintenance a plus
