Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance on conveyor systems within a distribution environment. This role involves responding to radio calls for repairs, locking out and tagging machines, and making necessary repairs such as replacing rollers and belts.
Responsibilities
-
Perform routine preventive maintenance on automated equipment, conveyors, robotics, and control systems.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
-
Monitor and maintain PLC-controlled systems, sensors, and automated machinery.
-
Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in compliance with company standards.

Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies to restore operations quickly.
Essential Skills
-
Experience in preventive maintenance and conveyor maintenance.
-
Knowledge of lock out tag out procedures.
-
Proficiency as a maintenance technician.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-
Ability to perform preventative maintenance on conveyor systems.

Capacity to respond to radio calls and execute necessary repairs
Work Environment
You will be working in a climate-controlled distribution center, offering a comfortable environment regardless of the season.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
