Summary:

The Senior Corporate Accountant is responsible for managing key components of the company's accounting and financial reporting processes. This role ensures accurate and timely financial statements, supports audit and compliance efforts, and provides technical accounting expertise. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead projects that improve efficiency and strengthen internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Prepare and review complex journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules.
• Oversee balance sheet and income statement analysis, investigating and resolving variances.
• Support preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate with external auditors (e.g., RSM) during interim and year-end audits; prepare required supporting documentation.
• Assist in technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards or policy updates.
• Review and monitor intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations.
• Partner with treasury and FP&A teams on cash flow forecasting, debt compliance, and financing program reporting.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Experience in corporate or multi-entity accounting environments.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
