In this role, you'll enjoy a variety of responsibilities. From collaborating with Production Associates and Engineering Technicians to identifying areas for improvement on the production floor, every day will offer new challenges and opportunities. Your work will be integral to enhancing our processes and supporting our Product Groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive production efficiency.
  • Understand and address the daily challenges faced on the production floor.
  • Support specific Product Groups in achieving their performance goals.
  • Identify and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) and LEAN methodologies to optimize processes.
  • Apply engineering principles to assess current operations and design future plans.
  • Maintain a strategic roadmap for capital project proposals and equipment acquisition.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in layout planning, work procedures, and cost impacts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to ask insightful questions.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor or willingness to learn.
  • Experience leading and participating in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles and technologies.
  • Ability to mentor colleagues in engineering best practices.
  • Project Management experience.
