Local CDL-A Driver

You'll work closely with our dispatch team, navigate local routes, and help shape a customer experience that's second to none.

- Flexibility to work an occasional weekend day
- Pay: $0.642 cents per mile + $25/stop pay
- Sign-on Bonus $5,000
- Potential $1300 quarterly safety bonuses
- Schedule: (starting time at 1am)
- Mon - Fri
- Tues - Sat
- Sun - Wed
- Operate company-assigned Class A truck safely and responsibly
- Load and arrange freight for efficient delivery order
- Adjust to local travel conditions (traffic, road closures, etc.)
- Answer customer questions with professionalism and courtesy
- Communicate any customer concerns or delivery issues to management
- Collaborate with dispatch to plan routes and track deliveries
- Maintain your assigned truck in clean and working condition
- A strong communicator
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Safety-minded and detail-oriented
- Organized with great time-management skills
- A true team player who works toward common goals
- Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day
- Reliable - we count on you, and so does the team
- A valid Class A CDL
- At least 36 months of consecutive driving experience in the last 3 years
- Minimum 24 months full-time tractor/trailer driving within that period
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Clean background check and drug/alcohol screening
- Pass DOT physical and meet FMCSA requirements
