Your Role

We are on the lookout for a skilled AI experience designer to join our Content team. This role blends technical expertise with exceptional content design skills and a design-thinking approach to create engaging interactions with our AI products aimed at data scientists and business analysts.

  • Craft and refine enterprise-grade AI conversational experiences that align with actual workflows and objectives.

  • Enhance model behaviors for large language models to guarantee that AI responses are precise, brand-consistent, and effectively meet user intent.

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to establish cohesive goals while advocating for user-centric conversational solutions that balance technical and business priorities.

  • Conduct thorough research and testing to identify effective strategies for human-AI collaboration, develop evaluations and test prompts, and translate findings into actionable guidance for AI implementation and future planning.

  • Oversee writing for both AI and human audiences across diverse content types and create guidelines and prompt frameworks for cross-functional teams.

  • Act as a trusted consultant to customers and internal stakeholders regarding best practices in conversational AI design.

Your Collaborators

Within our product engineering and experience team, we prioritize enhancing user experiences on our unified Teradata platform. We strive to simplicity and remove barriers, empowering customers to harness the full potential of their data. This role spans the entire enterprise, allowing you to work closely with engineers, product architects, product managers, designers, and a talented team of content designers and strategists.

This position reports to the Head of Content Design.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in content design, conversational AI, or similar roles.

  • Extensive experience with content management systems and structured content.

  • Strong understanding of Gen AI and LLM interactions, including prompt crafting, data retrieval, and result evaluation.

  • Experience in defining and implementing design systems.

  • A proven track record of successfully managing complex products in undefined scenarios.

  • A portfolio showcasing your problem-solving skills through innovative product thinking, design strategy, user flows, and excellent content quality.

  • The ability to convey content and design insights, recommendations, and objectives clearly and confidently.

Pay Rate: 111800.0000 - 139800.0000 - 167700.0000 Annually

Your starting pay will depend on location, internal equity, job knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees in sales roles may earn commission tied to quota achievement, while other roles are eligible for annual incentive plans based on company and individual performance.
