We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Full-Time TMS Technician for our Kitsap clinic-an opportunity that goes beyond a job to help patients reclaim their lives while you grow your career in a collaborative, people-first environment. TMS Technician Responsibilities
- Administer TMS treatments under physician direction (training provided).
- Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience for every patient.
- Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy.
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
- Support clinic operations through administrative tasks and team collaboration.

TMS Technician Qualifications
- Preferred Education: BS in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field.
- 2+ years in healthcare, patient care, or medical office support (CNA, MA, Patient Care Tech, etc.).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus.
- Comfortable working with medical/mechanical devices.
- Patient-centered, compassionate team player who is professional, punctual, and proactive
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with a strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage details effectively
- Preferred: BLS certification.

Salary Description
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
