Your Role:
As an HHA with Affirmed, you’ll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home by providing:

  • Personal care and grooming

  • Medication reminders

  • Light housekeeping and meal preparation

  • Companionship and meaningful engagement


What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of HHA experience

  • Valid NYS Home Health Aide Certificate

  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.

  • Current physical exam (within 1 year)

  • Valid PPD or QuantiFERON test or chest x-ray (within 5 years)

  • Proof of MMR immunization (within the last 10 years)

  • Driver’s license preferred
