Pay Rate: $17/hr

Office Clerk Job Duties:
- Working directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone or email
- Complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Input Customer orders into the company CRM.
- Follow up with customers as appropriate to resolve order discrepancies.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Have strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Be able to work well both independently and within a team environment
- Proficiency with computer software
- Dedicated, passionate attitude from someone wanting to make a difference in their job
