- CNA License in the State you are applying
- Positive attitude

- Reliable transportation to perform job duties
The low end of the compensation range is $20 to the high end up to $25 hourly, which can include additional earnings for work beyond quota, bonuses, on-call, or other performance-based compensation variables.
Elara Caring determines compensation based on education, job related knowledge, skills, training, and experience. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and may vary depending on location.
