Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst. The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions to enhance the administration. This role involves collaborating with IT teams, and other stakeholders to identify needs, gather requirements, and develop data-driven solutions to support the administrations strategic objectives.

 

 Compensation:

 $50-60/hr

 

 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

 

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Preferred: Master’s degree or certifications (CBAP, PMP, Salesforce Certified Administrator).

 Experience

  • 3–5 years as a Business Analyst (legal, judicial, or public sector preferred).

  • Hands-on Salesforce experience (flows, reports, dashboards, roles/permissions).

  • Familiarity with court management systems, e-filing systems, or legal tech.

 Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, JIRA (or similar tools).

  • Knowledge of Salesforce capabilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Understanding of appellate court operations, legal terminology, and judicial processes (plus).
