  • Mechanical Assembly Technician
  • Bedford, OH
  • $23/hour or more based on experience
  • 1 st shift 7am-330pm, Monday - Friday
  • Contract to Hire opportunity
As the Mechanical Assembly Technician you will be essential in developing a quality product. Ideal candidates should have a background working with sheet metal and the assembly of machinery.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • General sheet metal assembly.
  • Ability to reach and interpret assembly drawings and prints.
  • Use of basic hand and power tools (drills, impact wrenches, etc.)
  • Ability to operate cranes.
  • Accurate use of a tape measure.
Skills/Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a mechanical assembler in the manufacturing industry.
  • Understanding of metal properties and machinery.
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to stand for the entirety of shift.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Will be subject to pre-employment drug and background screening.
