ASES Site Coordinator

The ASES Site Coordinator is responsible for the daily leadership and oversight of an after-school program site, ensuring a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for students. This role provides direct supervision, training, and development to program leaders while coordinating literacy, homework support, and enrichment activities. The Site Coordinator works collaboratively with school administrators, teachers, staff, parents, volunteers, and community partners to support student growth.
Key responsibilities include managing attendance and recordkeeping, enrolling students, preparing reports, and monitoring program compliance with established policies and procedures. The Coordinator is expected to problem-solve effectively, set priorities, meet deadlines, and address conflicts when they arise. Additional duties include ordering supplies, evaluating staff performance, maximizing available resources, and helping maintain a clean and organized program space. The ASES Site Coordinator plays a vital role in promoting measurable improvements in students' academic and social development.
