Description
GSF Properties Inc. is looking to add a Part-Time Leasing Consultant in Clovis, CA, comejoin our dynamic property management team
** Must have sales and strong customer service skills to be considered**
Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:
- Our Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative and is responsible for interacting with residents, both existing and potential on behalf of GSF Properties Inc.
- Assist with viewing/touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home, properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and participate in lease renewals.
- Our Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy.

Requirements
Leasing Consultant Job Requirements:
- At least 1 solid years of sales and marketing experience
- 1 year of excellent customer service experience
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, property management-related software, email, internet, social media)
- Organized
- Handle high volume workload and able to multitask well
- Follow directions and work independently
- Able to work Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 8am-5pm = 24 hours per week
Salary Description
17.00-18.00 per hour
