Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
- Travel to job sites, coordinate with dispatch, and manage schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service, interact with homeowners, and manage vehicle maintenance and inventory.
- Educate homeowners on additional services and opportunities.
Requirements:
- HVAC trade school graduate or related continuing education.
- Ability to lift to 75 pounds, climb, bend, kneel, and work in various conditions.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iOS devices.
- Positive attitude, conflict resolution skills, and flexibility in handling multiple tasks.
