Join Infosys Consulting's Workforce Transformation practice as we seek a seasoned and visionary Senior Principal Consultant specializing in Organizational Change and Learning. You will lead initiatives that address the evolving challenges and opportunities within various business segments, taking charge of sales and practice development.

About the Role

As a Senior Principal, you will spearhead proposal preparation and engagement delivery for organizational change, learning, and human capital within transformative programs. Your role involves crafting innovative solutions, ensuring accountability for delivery, and guiding teams on project processes and outcomes. Collaborating with senior clients daily, you will build trust and align deliverables with business needs while mitigating risks.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Articulate a strategic vision for addressing key industry risks and leveraging technological innovations, including artificial intelligence.
• Provide thought leadership on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Oversee the development and deployment of digital solutions focused on organizational change across the value chain.
• Implement cloud-based platforms, such as S4HANA, for scalable and flexible enterprise solutions that enhance collaboration and data accessibility.
• Ensure strong cybersecurity measures to safeguard enterprise data and infrastructure from threats.
• Utilize advanced analytics and AI to gain insights into customer behavior, providing personalized services and proactive communication.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth and advancement.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your industry sector.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing strategies and sales initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive knowledge of industry value chains, with a deep understanding of emerging trends, technological innovations, and risks.
• Proven track record in business development.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Proficiency in digital solutions such as S4, Oracle Cloud, SNow, and MDM.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration, cloud solutions, AI, machine learning, and cybersecurity.
• Able to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.

Basic Qualifications:

• 9+ years of comprehensive experience in HCM/Payroll/Time and Change for ERP-enabled transformation programs.
• At least 3 complete life-cycle technology implementations in HCM/Payroll/Time and/or Change roles.
• At least 1 complete life-cycle technology implementation in a lead role related to HCM/Payroll/Time and/or Change tracks.
• Proven sales and business development experience, achieving quantitative financial targets.
• Experience in consulting practice building and offerings/IP development; demonstrated thought leadership.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with change and ambiguity, able to adapt to evolving external stimuli.
• Willingness to travel extensively (80% or more).
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Estimated annual compensation ranges from $241,000 to $300,000. As a full-time Infosys employee, you will also receive:
