We are excited to invite a dynamic and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our efforts in enhancing our testing methodologies by utilizing AI technologies. This role is crucial in advancing our testing capabilities to support our expanding portfolio of AI-driven features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead our QA team in ensuring the quality of Findem's innovative products.
  • Integrate AI tools to improve testing coverage and automation across our global teams.
  • Enhance QA efficiency by leveraging AI to manage increased workloads while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Craft, execute, and report on tests to ensure comprehensive quality assurance.
  • Automate existing manual test processes to streamline operations.
What Makes You an Ideal Candidate:
  • Degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science.
  • Over 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).
  • Proficient in utilizing AI tools for development and testing, such as VS+ Cline, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and more.
  • Experienced with Bitbucket, Git, Jira, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), and testing frameworks like Playwright/Selenium.
  • Skilled in programming languages such as Typescript, Java, Python, and Shell scripting.
  • Ability to guide and support teams in adopting AI tools to enhance development and QA processes.
  • Strong multitasking skills and capacity to scope testing efforts on various projects.
  • Proficient in creating thorough test plans and test cases.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively alongside product management, development, and DevOps teams.
